Catering to the most quality-conscious jewellery and timepiece maisons, Excellent Facets specializes in finely cut, natural round brilliant white diamonds in the size range of 500 to 5 pieces per carat (0.60 mm to 3.80 mm). Using strict quality control, each diamond is individually graded under a specialized microscope, the Nossigem Sortoscope.
Our inventory is separated in increments of 0.05 mm to meet the rigorous needs of our quality conscious customers, measured on the Lexus Helium scanner and rechecked by millimeter gauge to ensure accuracy of diameter. We customize our grading to exceed customer expectations and can provide more selective assortments in line with requirements.
We hold 5,000 to 10,000 carats of G+ white melee in inventory for last-minute orders.

Calibration and kitting: Through meticulous calibration and kitting, we prepare each parcel to the maison’s exact specification. Diamonds are matched and organized to the workshop’s requirements, often grouped by jewellery piece, so each assortment arrives ready to set, with no re-sorting at the bench and no unwanted diameters or surplus stones purchased.
Provenance: The mine of origin must be disclosed; acceptable mines are located in countries such as Botswana, Canada, South Africa, Namibia, Australia, and Lesotho. Logged on iTraceiT, a blockchain-based independent traceability solution.
We provide meticulous fluting and bagging services to ensure that our customers do not purchase any unwanted diameters or extra diamonds.
