Our diamond polishing facility in Central India, employing 750+ skilled artisans, has operated for 12 years and is committed to ethical practices. It offers above-market wages, comfortable working conditions, and strict adherence to labor laws. Customers are encouraged to visit the facility to see how diamonds are polished. The unit is RJC certified, DeBeers BPP compliant, and audited for social and environmental standards. It is self-certified as carbon neutral for 2023 and aims for third-party confirmation soon. It is also a member of WJI 2030, with approximately 40% of its workforce identifying as women.

As an Export-Oriented Unit (EOU), all imports and exports are monitored by Indian Customs, ensuring compliance. The factory uses advanced equipment like the Sarine Galaxy Meteorite and Robomatic 4P, and fosters a family-oriented culture with team-building events and celebrations like Holi and Diwali. With a formal upskilling program and a management team largely promoted from within, the facility prioritizes employee growth and safety, contributing to its success and reputation in the industry.
