The single-cut is one of the oldest cuts in the craft, and still one of the most quietly beautiful. Its eight facets on the crown and eight on the pavilion return light in clear, deliberate flashes rather than the busier sparkle of a modern brilliant cut.
That restraint is why it belongs in fine watchmaking: in a pavé dial, each stone holds its own sparkle and never blurs into its neighbours.
We cut these stones traceably, under 1.80 mm, each recorded in the iTraceiT system alongside its mine of origin, so a cut with centuries of history arrives with a fully modern record of where it came from.
We provide meticulous fluting and bagging services to ensure that our customers do not purchase any unwanted diameters or extra diamonds.
